I’ve never been a big fan of change. It scares the HELL out of me, to be perfectly honest. I don’t even change my underwear unless absolutely necessary. So, these last couple of weeks that I’ve spent looking for a new job have been less than comforting. Not to be a downer, but being in radio has been such a big part of my life the last two decades that I’m not really sure what the future holds in store in me. I’ll tell you this much, looking for work has put a big cramp in my drawing time. I did manage to finally squeak out a cover for the forthcoming SpiderBabe comic book I’m working on for Alternative Cinema/Seduction Cinema. The two main figures you see, SpiderBabe and Femtilian, were penciled by none other than my buddy, Marvel/DC artist, Tom Nguyen. I did the rest of the penciling, inking, etc. Couldn’t resist putting some cartoon ducks in there and what not. It’s still going to be a few months before this is out, but keep checking back for more details.
